What is Somatic Sex Education??
As a branch of Sexological Bodywork, Somatic Sex Education is an emergent body based healing modality that considers our erotic expression and sexual health to be fundamental to the care and vitality of our whole body system.
my expanded definition is:
a trauma informed, body affirming, pleasure centered listening practice that encourages individual and collective erotic liberation
People seek guidance and support from me as a Somatic Sex Educator for a plethora of reasons.
Here are some of them:
They want to expand the way they experience intimacy
They feel “stuck” or disconnected from their arousal
They want to build skills around consent, boundaries and trust building
They want to explore new channels for accessing pleasure
They want to consider ritual, magic and devotion as part of their erotic truth
They want to explore touch based intimacy & sensation mapping in a more gender affirming and trans conscious container

a sex worker only 90 min communal erotic practice space facilitated by evie and other sw+somatic practitioner guests to help guide and ground our flow together. The vision for this container is that it is a virtual place for us to co-regulate and regenerate within our own pleasure practices and create rituals of erotic renewal that are separate from the labour we output with clients.
Together we will: set intentions, be guided through a somatic orientation + deep listening exercise, have 40 min of practice with cameras off and a curated playlist, have an opportunity to journal/reflect with the group.

I keep this group between 10-15 ppl max and will always do my best to prioritize more marginalized and less resourced workers. If you are a worker with more financial security, please consider donating $15 or more to cover those who do not have the means. If I am co-facilitating, all donations will be split between myself and the guest.

Communal erotic practice is a vital and particularly delicious offering from within the SSE lineage. Under pandemic conditions, in which we have learned to hold a group field by utilizing the technologies at hand, our communal practice offers us the additional boon of space and privacy to initiate and cultivate a solo erotic experience that transcends all expectations of intimacy and power shared over physical distance
This is a space for queer magic, by and for LGBTQIA-identified folks
Queer magic, in that we define erotic practice as dynamic, emerging, and inclusive of sexual/genital arousal without being limited to it, or to any particular form of joy.
